This set of benchmark and goal KPI's, will be our driving force, and If we don't hit the benchmark goals (baring any factors outside of our control), we'll refund you 50% of your retainer for that month. On the flip side, we have a bonus structure for if we exceed your goal target. This helps us work better in tandem through the ups and downs, so we both succeed, or we both don't.
